How it works

From deposit to OTP in five minutes — and what happens when things don't go perfectly.

1 · Create an account and deposit

Register with an email and a strong password. Then open Wallet → Deposit and choose bKash or Nagad.

You send money to the merchant number shown in the instructions, using the reference code generated for your deposit. Then you submit the transaction ID (TrxID) from your payment app.

Important: manual deposits stay pending until an administrator verifies the transfer against the merchant statement. A screenshot or the payment app's “success” screen is never treated as proof of payment — this protects both sides from fraud.

2 · Pick a country and service

The Marketplace lists every country/service pair currently available from the provider, with live prices. Choose the pair that matches the platform you need to verify on (e.g. Telegram · Bangladesh).

When you confirm, we fetch a fresh quote (price + success rate + stock), show it to you, and only then reserve the funds in your wallet and purchase the number upstream. The price you confirm is the price you pay — the server revalidates it at purchase time so stale quotes can never overcharge you.

3 · Receive the number and use it

Your order page shows the phone number immediately after purchase. Copy it into the target platform and request the SMS code there.

The order page updates in real time (server-sent events, with automatic polling fallback). Each number has a lifetime — shown as a countdown — after which the provider reclaims it.

4 · Get your OTP

As soon as the SMS lands upstream, the code appears on your order page. You also see the full message text when available.

No code arrived before the timer ran out? Cancel the order — see refunds below.

5 · Refunds and cancellations

While an order is still waiting for a code you can cancel it. The cancellation is sent to the provider and the refund is credited only after the provider confirms it. If confirmation is unclear (network timeout, provider hiccup), your order enters a reconciling state: your funds stay safely reserved while the system verifies the true outcome upstream, then either adopts the number or releases the money. You are never double-charged, and money never vanishes.

If a number simply expires with no SMS, the expiry job cancels it upstream and refunds your wallet automatically.

Good to know

  • Prices are per successful number rental; you pay once per order.
  • Your wallet has two numbers: available (spendable) and reserved (held by active orders).
  • Every balance movement is recorded in an immutable ledger you can browse and export under Wallet.
  • Double-clicking “Buy” can never charge you twice — purchases are idempotent.
  • Only use numbers on platforms you own or are authorized to test. See our acceptable-use policy.
