1. The service
Novix SMS provides temporary phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes ("numbers"). Numbers are rented per order for a limited lifetime set by our upstream providers. We do not sell ownership of phone numbers, and numbers must not be represented as your own to any third party.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials secure. One person may hold one account unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or our acceptable-use policy, and we may freeze wallet balances while investigating suspected fraud.
3. Wallet and deposits
All purchases are prepaid from your wallet. Deposits are credited only after the transfer is verified; unverified deposits remain pending and may expire. Wallet balances are not a stored-value financial product and are not transferable between users except where we explicitly support it. Balances are non-withdrawable except at our discretion or as required by law.
4. Pricing and refunds
The binding price for an order is the price confirmed by the server at purchase time. Refunds are issued to your wallet only when the upstream provider confirms the cancellation or refund of the number. Orders that time out or expire without receiving a code are cancelled and refunded automatically once confirmed. We do not refund orders where a code was delivered and the target platform rejected it for reasons outside our control.
5. Acceptable use
You may only use numbers on platforms you own or are expressly authorized to test, or to receive verification codes for services you legitimately use. Fraud, impersonation, circumventing bans, money laundering, and any illegal activity are prohibited and will result in account termination and, where required, reporting to authorities.
6. Availability
Number inventory, delivery times and success rates depend on upstream providers and telecom networks. We do not guarantee that a code will be received for any particular platform at any particular time; we do guarantee the financial handling described in section 4.
7. Liability
Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to your wallet balance at the time of the incident. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including losses on third-party platforms where numbers were used.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced via in-app notification or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
